Eyes Wide Open Across Pennsylvania
Eyes Wide Open Across Pennsylvania, a part of the American Friends Service Committee's widely acclaimed exhibition on the Iraq War, was brought to Kennett Meeting on October 6th by our Peace Group. The exhibit was displayed on our lawn along Route 82, and included pairs of boots honoring every U.S. military casualty from Pennsylvania as well as pairs of shoes to memorialize the Iraqi civilians killed in the conflict. Throughout the day, visitors came to explore the exhibit.
